Bell Atlantic ADSL uses PPPOE: end user will have a dedicated connection (They do not have to dial up) they will have to enter a username and password to access the web. End user only has to sign a one-year contract. Installation is FREE NAS will lend them a Lucent Router for the life of the contract.
